Return & Exchange Basics

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear with hygiene seals removed or damaged
- Intimate apparel
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Note: All other fashion items including dresses, jeans, jumpsuits, rompers, tops, shirts, blouses, and sweaters are eligible for returns and exchanges within the specified timeframe.

Refund Processing
Timeline
Once we receive your return:

- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
